Air Force Posts EHR Software Licenses Solicitation for Peak Performance Center
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting quotations from small businesses that can provide, configure and implement cloud-based electronic health record software licenses for up to 10 users at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s Peak Performance Center.
The PPC, an accredited college counseling center, employs health experts offering airmen short-term, individual therapy for various behavioral challenges to help them overcome stressful situations they face at the academy.
Interested companies have until Friday to submit quotations for the services, according to a notice posted on SAM .gov.
The PPC has a $25,000 annual budget for all software licenses and up to $5,000 for one-time configuration and implementation fees.
The quotations must include firm-fixed prices; descriptive literature such as illustrations, specification sheets or product brochures; and a software security agreement.
The Air Force intends to issue a purchase order to the company that meets all requirements and offers the best value to the government.
