Alka Bhave Takes on President Role at Fearless Digital

Alka Bhave, a 4×24 member, has joined Fearless as president of its new digital division, which is responsible for software development. She is expected to collaborate with the company’s guides unit on addressing clients’ barriers to digital transformation.

Fearless CEO Delali Dzirasa said Bhave’s experience working with the government and on human-centered innovation will support a growing public and private-sector client base.

Bhave is part of the advisory board at the Northern Virginia Science Center and the University of Maryland Material Sciences & Engineering Board of Visitors.

In an Executive Spotlight interview with the Potomac Officers Club, she shared that she holds a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, an approach to managing and streamlining business processes.

Bhave was formerly chief operations officer at national security nonprofit Riverside Research, where she oversaw corporate activities and led upgrades to infrastructure and processes, Fearless said Tuesday.

According to her LinkedIn profile, she joined Riverside as vice president and chief of staff.

Earlier, Bhave served in leadership roles at Peraton, Perspecta, Vencore and the SI Organization.
