Amentum Agrees to Acquire DynCorp International
Amentum has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire DynCorp, a global provider of aviation and logistics support services. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition, according to Amerntum, will create a major provider of mission-critical services boasting $6B in combined revenue over the last 12 months.

Vollmer added that the acquisition will accelerate Amentum's growth in new markets such as aviation support services, contractor logistics support, intelligence solutions and training.
The combination of Amentum and DynCorp will also result in the creation of an organization with more than 34K employees in over 30 countries.

RBC Capital Markets acted as Amentum's financial adviser in the deal; Cravath, Swaine & Moore as legal Counsel; and Covington & Burling as regulatory and government contracts counsel.
Citigroup Global Markets and Morgan Stanley & Co. acted as DynCorp's financial advisers, with Schulte Roth & Zabel as legal counsel.
Amentum is a global provider of technical and engineering services for programs across the defense, security, intelligence and environment sectors.
Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, DynCorp is a global service provider specializing in aviation. The company provides emergency response air programs, aircraft maintenance, theater aviation support management and helicopter maintenance support, among others.
