Discover Successful Air Force Case Management Strategies at the 2024 Air Defense Summit

After nearly four years of development, the U.S. Air Force has launched its OSI Records, Investigations & Operations Network — known more commonly as ORION. Managed by the Office of Special Investigations, ORION is a case management system that aims to improve data management and communication while streamlining case processing. Development of the ORION system first began in 2020 and was first deployed to users in March 2023.

Through the ORION program, the Air Force is working to redefine its approach to case management by implementing cloud computing, digitization and data integration.

Maximizing Impact: Strategies to Replicate Successful Air Force Case Management Solutions
