Before the merger of Harris Corporation and L3 Technologies, Inc. in June 2019, he held the positions of Vice Chair, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Since joining L3 Technologies as President and Chief Operating Officer in 2015, Kubasik has gained over 30 years of experience in the A&D industry. After being named Chief Executive Officer and elected to the board of directors of L3 Harris Corporation in January 2018, he was elected Chair of the board in May 2018.

Before Harris Corporation’s merger with L3 Technologies, Inc. in June 2019, Mehnert served in a similar role as the head of the Communications Systems segment at Harris Corporation.

Before he started leading the Communications Systems segment, Mehnert was Harris’ Chief Global Business Development Officer, where he was accountable for improving organic revenue growth, leveraging complementary channels, and securing ample multi-year opportunities.

Sean Stackley is the President of L3Harris Technologies’ Integrated Mission Systems division. He is accountable for the business strategy, financial performance, successful execution, and expansion of Integrated Mission Systems, covering a vast portfolio of solutions that include Power Distribution, Reconnaissance, Electro-Optics, and Aviation.

Before this position, Stackley served as Senior Vice President and President for the Communications & Networked Systems segment of L3 Technologies. From July 2008 to August 2017, he was a former naval officer who guided the sector as the assistant secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition (ASN-RDA). From January to August 2017, he served as the acting secretary of the Navy (ASN).

Before the June 2019 merger, Zoiss was the president of Harris Corporation’s Electronic Systems segment.

Turner became L3 Harris CFO after serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Enterprise Supply Chain at Johnson & Johnson. She was responsible for driving financial and cash performance across a complex global portfolio, including over 100 manufacturing sites in over 30 countries.

As Corporate Secretary, Mikuen also advises and works closely with the L3Harris Board of Directors on corporate governance matters.

Before the June 2019 merger, Mikuen held the equivalent position at Harris Corporation, following a series of progressively leadership positions, like Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Secretary. In addition to overseeing various legal functions, he was also accountable for corporate governance and commercial and SEC compliance.

Charles R. “C.R.” Davis, Vice President of L3Harris International

Charles R. “C.R.” Davis is the Vice President of L3Harris International at L3Harris Technologies. As part of his role, he supervises the international offices of L3Harris and acts as Chairman of the company’s International Boards in Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. In addition, he serves as Vice Chairman of L3Harris and the Saudi Arabian Military Industries Joint Venture’s board.
