Shankar Rachakonda, Radiant Digital’s CEO, to Introduce Keynote Speaker Dana Chisnell at the POC’s CX Imperative Forum
Dr. Shankar Rachakonda has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Radiant Digital since 2015. In his leadership, he initiated the sponsorship of many forums to explore new technologies to improve citizen experiences and public services. One such forum is the Radiant Digital-sponsored CX Imperative Forum, organized by the Potomac Officers Club.

Who is Dr. Shankar Rachakonda?
Dr. Shankar Rachakonda boasts over three decades of leadership experience in areas specializing in management, consultancy, and engineering. His previous work assignments include serving as a consultant at Network Solutions, VeriSign, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, as a manager at Raytheon, and as an engineer at Hughes Information Technology.
Before venturing as the Chief Executive Officer at Radiant Digital, Dr. Rachakonda was the Chief Executive Officer at SCI Group for nearly 15 years. This widened his knowledge and skills in the government contracting industry, particularly in providing digital transformation solutions based on the agency’s goals.
Dr. Rachakonda earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, a master’s degree in engineering science from Ohio University, and a doctorate degree in engineering from West Virginia University.
