David J. McIntyre, Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TriWest Healthcare Alliance. He is one of the company’s founders and has led the business since 1996. He spearheaded the company’s initiative to provide veterans with access to high-quality healthcare under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
McIntyre is a renowned healthcare professional in policy development, business strategies, and leadership in the government and commercial sectors. Aside from being TriWest Healthcare Alliance CEO, he serves on the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation Board of Directors and the Fisher House Foundation Board of Trustees.
James Griffith, Chief Network and Administrative Officer

Before coming to TriWest Healthcare Alliance, Dr. Robbins served as the Chief Medical Officer for Veterans Integrated Service Networks 18, where he built an extensive portfolio in the VA healthcare system. His earlier career included being the Chief of Staff at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center and a Staff Physician at the Veterans Administration.
Donna Hoffmeier, Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications and Advocacy
Donna Hoffmeier is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications and Advocacy at TriWest Healthcare Alliance. She is responsible for the company’s various VA experience programs under Community Care programs, where she works closely with Congress members and several veteran and military service organizations.
Before joining TriWest Healthcare Alliance, Hoffmeier worked as a staff member on the Armed Services Committee of the United States House of Representatives and as an active duty officer in the U.S. Navy. Jeanne Ong, Vice President of Human Capital
Jeanne Ong serves as the Vice President of Human Capital at TriWest Healthcare Alliance, leading a team of professionals in recruitment, training, employee relations, and other related sectors. She works closely with the senior and executive leadership to create, implement, and monitor company-wide requirements for contract standards.
Ong joined TriWest Healthcare Alliance in 2003 and served in different human capital leadership positions, such as the Employee Relations Manager and Director of Organizational and Talent Effectiveness.
