David J. McIntyre, Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TriWest Healthcare Alliance. He is one of the company’s founders and has led the business since 1996. He spearheaded the company’s initiative to provide veterans with access to high-quality healthcare under the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
McIntyre is a renowned healthcare professional in policy development, business strategies, and leadership in the government and commercial sectors. Aside from being TriWest Healthcare Alliance CEO, he serves on the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation Board of Directors and the Fisher House Foundation Board of Trustees.
James Griffith, Chief Network and Administrative Officer

His earlier career included being the Chief of Staff at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center and a Staff Physician at the Veterans Administration.
Donna Hoffmeier, Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications and Advocacy
Donna Hoffmeier is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Communications and Advocacy at TriWest Healthcare Alliance. She is responsible for the company’s various VA experience programs under Community Care programs, where she works closely with Congress members and several veteran and military service organizations.
Before joining TriWest Healthcare Alliance, Hoffmeier worked as a staff member on the Armed Services Committee of the United States House of Representatives and as an active duty officer in the U.S. Navy.
