Chairman, CEO

Peter Davoren has served as Turner Construction’s CEO since 2004. He joined the company in 1978 and has built a leadership portfolio across North America and key markets in Asia, India and Europe. He also serves as the chairman of the ACE Mentor Program for the construction industry.

As Turner Construction’s CEO, Davoren has led the company’s sustainable initiatives, such as decreasing gas emissions and water consumption at the company’s infrastructure operations by 50% by 2030. Tom Reilly

President

Reilly is Turner Construction’s president. He currently leads the company’s Enterprise Service offerings, including its global supply chain business SourceBlue.  He joined the company in 1987 as a field engineer and has served as a superintendent, purchasing agent, project manager and project executive before he secured executive leadership roles.

He was named VP in 2003 and later on led the company’s Mid-Atlantic Region as its New Jersey office’s VP and general manager. He was named an EVP in 2019.

Christa Andresky

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Andresky has served as the company’s EVP and chief financial officer at Turner Construction since 2021. Before becoming CFO, she held the role of SVP. She joined Turner in 2017 as VP and controller after three years at HARMAN International, where she also held leadership positions.

Under her leadership, Andresky leads Turner’s finance teams. She is responsible for the construction company’s balances, regulatory compliance, strategic evaluations and growth opportunities.

 

Rosemarie Demonte

Executive Vice President

Demonte serves as the company’s executive vice president, a role she has held since 2021. The executive led Turner’s human resources and recruiting group as chief human resources officer, guiding the company’s talent management, recruiting, employee relations, compensation and benefits.

Demonte joined Turner Construction Company in 2002 as director of recruiting. Since then, she has held increasing responsibilities, including a promotion to VP of recruiting in 2008, senior human resources director in 2009, and SVP and CHRO in 2020.

Michael J. Kuntz

Executive Vice President

Kuntz heads the Global Development Group. He is responsible for developing and executing the company’s growth strategy and overseeing efforts to expand capabilities and services across market segments.

Since joining Turner in 1987 as assistant superintendent, Kuntz has assumed different leadership positions, including VP and director of the Pharmaceutical Group in 1998, VP and general manager at the company’s Philadelphia office in 2003, and SVP in 2013.

Abrar Sheriff

President, CEO of Turner International

Sheriff oversees Turner’s global offerings and operations.

Before becoming CEO of Turner International in 2013, Sheriff was the chief operating officer of Turner’s international segment from 2011 to 2013. He joined Turner’s Kansas City office in 1997 and has, since then, held roles of increasing responsibility.
