BigBear.ai, AWS Partner to Provide Supply Chain, Warehouses AI-Powered Solution

Artificial intelligence developers are racing to provide businesses with a solution to improve their processes.

AI-backed business intelligence solutions provider BigBear.ai is making its ProModel AI-driven warehousing solutions available to Amazon Web Services Professional Services customers as part of a collaboration to improve supply chains.

The ProModel solution allows businesses to improve warehouse management, including increasing process accuracy and accelerating decision-making, by replicating warehousing processes, BigBear.ai said.

CEO Mandy Long, a POC member, said collaborating with AWS will allow BigBear.ai to use the power of AI to make supply chains more efficient and resilient, even in challenging times.

The company has been investing in AI. In November, it acquired Pangiam Intermediate Holdings for about $70 million as part of an effort to expand its presence in the vision AI technology segment.

It also partnered with the Air Force Research Laboratory to create a composable collaborative planning technology for military planning, aiming to address logistics challenges and help the service improve its risk-informed planning process.
