Brian Brennan Joins Intelligent Waves as SVP Client Operations
Brian Brennan has joined Intelligent Waves as senior vice president for client operations. He will be responsible for spearheading client operations to support the company's growth efforts.
Brennan will focus on maximizing delivery, optimizing program management, and scaling the organization’s IT services to sustain operational performance, the company said Thursday.
“We recruited Brian to help us elevate the company’s client operations with a strategic focus on maximizing quality of delivery, optimizing program management, and helping scale our exceptional record of operational excellence as we continue to grow,” said Tony Crescenzo, Intelligent Waves president.

Brennan has more than two decades of experience in implementing and influencing federal IT programs. Throughout his career in the public sector, he served in senior management roles at Pragmatics, InfoZen and Pyramid Systems.
In his most recent role at Pyramid Systems, Brennan oversaw client delivery operations to agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Department of Transportation and the Department of Homeland Security.
He specializes in total client engagement, which concentrates on strategic communications, transparency, accountability and continuous measurement. He prioritizes the improvement of program satisfaction and the relationship with customers and employees.
Brennan has extensive background in running high-level federal IT government customer relationships including the chief information officers, deputy CIOs, branch chiefs and section chiefs.
During his stint in the government contracting sector, he designed, handled and provided corporate-level project management training and CMMI-5 processes and thought leadership to support delivery functions.
Brennan earned his bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College and a master’s degree from George Washington University. He holds a graduate certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is also a certified professional in ITIL Foundation Level and Project Management.
