Bridge Core Expands Board of Directors, Acquires teKnoluxion

NewSpring Holdings-owned company Bridge Core Federal has named former government leaders to its board of directors and acquired systems engineering company teKnoluxion.

Avantus CEO Andrew Maner, previously a senior official at the White House and the Department of Homeland Security, has taken on the role of executive chairman, while intelligence community veterans Susan Gordon and Robert Sharp have assumed director positions, Bridge Core said Friday.

Gordon, a past Potomac Officers Club event speaker and Wash100 winner, served as principal deputy director of national intelligence and deputy director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. She spent over three decades in the CIA.

Sharp, meanwhile, is a retired U.S. Navy vice admiral and a former director of the NGA.

The acquisition of teKnoluxion is expected to enhance Bridge Core’s cybersecurity and DevSecOps offerings for the IC. According to Bridge Core, the changes to its business reflect efforts to establish a mission-informed intelligence company serving the U.S. government.
