CACI Lands $249M AFRICOM Task for Mission Planning Support
CACI has landed a $249M task order to provide operations, planning and training support to the U.S. Africa Command. Under the six-year single-award task order, CACI experts based in Germany and Africa will help plan and execute peacetime, crisis and contingency operations, CACI said Monday.
The company will help AFRICOM by improving mission execution, reducing costs, minimizing operational risks and improving communications and decision-making.
John Mengucci, the company's president and a 2020 Wash100 winner, said the award demonstrates CACI's preparedness to serve the U.S. military worldwide.
Jack London, CACI's executive chairman and a two-time Wash100 winner, said the company is ready to support its national security clients in upholding the nation's interests domestically and abroad.
