Carahsoft Distributes Armada Edge Computing Solutions as Its Public Sector Distributor

Carahsoft will serve as the public sector distributor for Armada, an edge computing and authorized Starlink integrator.

Under the partnership, Carahsoft will make Armada’s Commander platform available through reseller partners and NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-Software 2 and National Association of State Procurement Officials ValuePoint contracts.

Armada’s Commander is an enterprise-grade platform that enables federal agencies to manage their networks remotely, Carahsoft said.

Steve Jacyna, director of emerging technology at Carahsoft and a 4×24 member, said that the Carahsoft-Armada partnership provides federal agencies access to innovative solutions, enabling agencies to better manage critical infrastructure and safeguard sensitive data.

According to Vlada Barlow, senior vice president of public sector and administration at Armada, the combination of Armada’s deployable solutions and Carahsoft’s reach allows customers to operate at the edge, even in the most remote environments.

Carahsoft has been providing government customers with the latest technologies to address their needs. In March, it added Datalogz’s artificial intelligence-enabled business intelligence solutions and BlueVoyant Government Solutions‘ cybersecurity technology and services to its portfolio.
