Carahsoft Starts Offering Prophecy International Cybersecurity Product to Public Sector

Software solutions provider Prophecy International has entered into a partnership with Carahsoft Technology for the distribution of its products through Carahsoft reseller partners and the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-Software 2 and OMNIA Partners contracts.

Prophecy is behind the Snare cybersecurity product, a security information and event management-agnostic solution that offers flexibility and cost-effectiveness while offering tailored use cases when addressing cybersecurity issues.

With the availability of the solution on the reseller network and various contract vehicles, federal agencies are provided with a tool to ensure their networks and systems are prepared for any cyberattacks, Carahsoft said.

Alex Whitworth, supply chain risk management vertical executive at Carahsoft and a 4×24 member, said the partnership with Prophecy will allow the company to offer government customers cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions amid growing cyberthreats and rapid technological advancements.

Carahsoft’s reseller network also features other solutions to improve agencies’ cyber posture. In March, it started offering QuintessenceLabs products to the public sector to help build adaptable cybersecurity infrastructure capable of protecting sensitive data from quantum-enabled attacks.
