Carahsoft to Offer Plotly’s Data App Solutions Under Master Aggregator Tie-Up

Carahsoft Technology announced on Tuesday a Master Government Aggregator partnership agreement with Plotly for the distribution of the latter’s data app solutions to government agencies.

 According to Michael Adams, Carahsoft’s AI solutions manager and a 4×24 member, the partnership will open government customers’ access to Plotly’s “secure and scalable data apps in Python” that can boost their data science and analytics competencies. 

Plotly’s platforms will be available through the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions–Software 2, National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance and OMNIA Partners contract vehicles, Carahsoft said.

Dash Enterprise, Plotly’s main offering, provides government users with development tools designed for rapid and easy visualization and interaction with Python data. Plotly is also coming up with Dash Enterprise 5.2, which will provide production-ready app solutions, wide-ranging app framework support and artificial intelligence.

Carahsoft’s distribution network has been opening various IT solutions to the government, with Domino Data Lab’s AI platform and Aqua Security’s Cloud Native Security Platform among the company’s recent distributorship tie-ups.
