David Hearding, Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Systems Planning and Analysis

David Hearding is the executive vice president and chief growth officer at Systems Planning and Analysis Inc., working out of Arlington, Virginia. Hearding earned his bachelor’s degree in physics from the United States Naval Academy. He later earned his degree in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
