DOD Grants BreakPoint Labs ‘Awardable’ Status in Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace

BreakPoint Labs’ suite of solutions has received an “Awardable” status in the Department of Defense’s artificial intelligence/machine learning marketplace.

In a press release on Tuesday, the cybersecurity services firm announced that it had received the designation from the Pentagon’s Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office, making its cybersecurity solutions available to federal customers through the Tradewinds Solution Marketplace.

The AI-enabling Data Engineering Solution is among the products available on the marketplace, which offers DOD components a technology to integrate AI-powered products into specific missions, BreakPoint said.

William Glodek, president of BreakPoint Labs, said that the achievement aligns with the company’s commitment to provide public sector customers with the most innovative solutions to help government agencies address the most complex issues.

The Pentagon introduced Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace in 2022, setting up a platform for federal agencies to accelerate their initiative to adopt new technologies powered by emerging technologies, such as AI/ML and data analytics.

The “Awardable” status comes after BreakPoint started working with the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Inspector General in January to extend its expertise during the deployment of a zero trust architecture on the agency’s systems.
