DXC Technology Enhances McAfee’s Threat Detection Solution
McAfee has tapped DXC Technology as a strategic partner to improve the capabilities of the MVISION endpoint detection and response solution.
As part of the partnership, DXC Technology will enhance MVISION EDR’s threat hunting capabilities to detect and stop breaches in advance, which would then minimize cybersecurity impacts. In addition, DXC Technology is integrating forensics and investigation capabilities to the MVISION EDR to resolve security incidents faster, McAfee reported Monday.
DXC Technology will also provide a 24/7 complete managed endpoint threat detection and response service to help organizations with limited security resources.
According to Ash Kulkarni, executive vice president and chief product officer of the enterprise business group at McAfee, the company chose DXC due to their expertise in threat hunting, forensic investigation and endpoint security.
