Optimizing the Hybrid Workforce Forum | Potomac Officers Club
View On-DemandWHAT
Telework is attractive to federal employees seeking greater flexibility and to agencies eager to control costs. However, leaders must consider more than a continuation of the virtual environment that served agencies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sustaining a full-time distributed workforce—with some employees working part- or full-time remotely and not necessarily near an office building—presents new challenges.
This program will explore the long-term implications of a hybrid workforce model for federal agencies and how data analytics can inform key decisions around workforce composition and transformation. Experts from government and industry will discuss how to
- ensure a strong workforce culture,
- uncover risks that may undermine mission effectiveness,
- establish equitable performance measurement and resourcing; and
- leverage data to inform change management and transformation.
