Expansia to Provide Job Opportunities for Military Spouses
Expansia will hire military spouses as a new member of the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Employment Partnership.
According to Adam Jarnagin, Expansia’s CEO and a 4×24 member, joining the MSEP is part of the digital transformation firm’s strategy to fuel growth.
“We did it not just because it was the right thing to do for those who faced constant challenges in maintaining employment but also because these employees are highly skilled, diverse, and excel at problem-solving,” Jarnagin said.
The number of participating MSEP employers is now over 660. Since the program was launched in 2011, the employers have hired more than 250,000 military spouses, Expansia said.
According to Tynel Jarnagin, co-founder of Expansia, supporting military spouses in finding meaningful employment strengthens the U.S. workforce, citing the challenges that come with transitioning to civilian life.
“Expansia is honored to join MSEP’s elite group of employers-partners that recognize the contribution, service, and sacrifice those military spouses and their families make every day,” the company CEO said.
Expansia, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business strategy and integration consulting firm based in New Hampshire, delivers cloud, enterprise IT and advanced manufacturing solutions.
