Fearless Appoints Joe Paiva as Chief Operating Officer

Joe Paiva, a 4×24 member, has come out of retirement and joined digital services company Fearless as chief operating officer.

Paiva has over three decades of leadership experience as executive vice president, COO and chief information officer at various organizations in the private and public sectors.

In his new role, he will be responsible for developing a strategy and a process structure to grow the business and for providing opportunities for company personnel to strengthen their skills, Fearless said.

According to Delali Dzirasa, CEO at Fearless, Paiva will not be interested in joining the company if it does not prioritize giving people opportunities to learn and take on new challenges.

The CEO said Paiva’s skills are critical to the company’s goal of providing exceptional client delivery at a larger scale. 

Fearless also announced the appointment of Jacob Hsu as executive chair. Hsu was previously the CEO of Catalyte, Symbio and Epitome Software.

As an executive chair, he is expected to strengthen the company’s organizational structure using his expertise in business development and operations, among other areas.
