Former DXC Exec Marilyn Crouther Joins ICF as Board Director
ICF, a global consulting and digital services provider, announced it has appointed industry leader Marilyn Crouther, a four-time Wash100 awardee, to the company's board of directors.
Crouther is a former Hewlett Packard Enterprise and DXC Technology executive who is credited with delivering technology and information technology modernization services through horizontal offerings and vertical industry approaches, ICF said Tuesday.
"Her impressive track record of leading large, complex IT projects for public sector clients complements our focus on high-growth, high-profile areas including IT modernization and digital transformation," said ICF Executive Chairman Sudhakar Kesavan, a two-time Wash100 winner.
Kesavan also commended Crouther's track record of leading large public-sector IT projects, which he said complements ICF's business in IT modernization and digital transformation.
A 30-year technology sector veteran, Crouther previously served as the senior vice president and general manager of HPE's public sector business.
She was responsible for the go-to-market strategy, operations and delivery of HPE – Enterprise Service's offerings for federal, state and local government clients.
Crouther is also credited with playing a key role in the merger of HPE – Enterprise Services and Computer Sciences Corporation, which led to the creation of DXC Technology.
Currently, she also serves on the directorial boards of the Center for Innovative Technology and the IT Senior Management Forum.
Fedscoop recognized her four times as one of the Top Women in Technology. Crouther was also named among Black Enterprise's 300 Most Powerful Executives.
