Hitachi Vantara Federal Secures ‘Awardable’ Status on Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace

Hitachi Vantara Federal announced that it has achieved “awardable” status under the Department of Defense’s Tradewind Solutions Marketplace, ensuring that federal agencies have access to needed solutions powered by artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

On Wednesday, the mission-centric data solutions provider’s Pentaho Plus product was listed in the Marketplace’s data catalog, data integration and content intelligence categories.

Tradewinds is a platform that hosts AI and data analytics solutions and pitch videos, providing  available for government customers an easier way for organizations under the Department of Defense to reach out to listed vendors, Hitachi Vantara Federal said.

Pragyansmita Nayak, chief data scientist at Hitachi Vantara Federal and a 4×24 member, said that the company’s inclusion as an awardable vendor is a significant accomplishment, helping expand its reach across a wide range of federal organizations that need Hitachi Vantara’s data solutions.

Hitachi joins a long list of vendors that received “awardable” status in 2024. In February, Alan AI’s generative AI assistant was listed in the marketplace and a month later, Resilinc also achieved the same with its supply chain management solutions
