Integral Federal Names Amanda Windle as Chief Growth Officer

Integral Federal has appointed Amanda Windle as chief growth officer.

Windle, a 4×24 member, has nearly three decades of experience in supporting the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense and other government agencies in the areas of delivery, business development, capture management and modernization.

In her new role, she will facilitate the implementation of a growth strategy, identify new business opportunities and expand market presence, Integral Federal said.

Before joining the company, Windle held leadership roles focused on business development and capture at Amazon Web Services, Novetta, Raytheon Blackbird Technologies and ManTech International.

Windle, a U.S. Army veteran, was previously deployed to support Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Fluent in modern standard Arabic with a specialization in Iraqi dialect and Spanish, she translated training materials for special operations missions.

Integral Federal also announced the appointment of John Humphrey as senior vice president of operations and the creation of its new Office of Technology, which will be in charge of overseeing the development of technology strategies.
