KBR Wins Over $450M in Government Contracts for Systems Engineering Support

KBR has secured several new contracts worth over $450 million for the delivery of highly technical systems engineering support and services to the U.S. government.

The contract wins for the National Security Solutions division will see the company provide a comprehensive suite of services, including systems engineering, acquisition support, research, communications security infrastructure, operations and maintenance, KBR said.

The projects will focus on sustaining space and ground systems, enhancing acquisition efficiency, supporting secure communications, strengthening information technology systems and facilitating data analysis. KBR will also provide architecting, engineering and analysis services for enterprise capabilities, along with support for satellite operations.

To address complex customer challenges, KBR plans to leverage a combination of traditional and digital engineering methods. The work is scheduled for completion by 2031.

KBR President Byron Bright, a 4×24 member, highlighted KBR’s commitment to serving as a trusted government adviser in the acquisition of space and ground systems.
