Kelly Demaitre Named ECS Senior Vice President of Human Capital

ECS has appointed Kelly Demaitre as senior vice president of its human capital division, where she will oversee human resources and recruiting initiatives.

Formerly the chief people officer at Karsun Solutions, Demaitre will focus on attracting, engaging and retaining technology and business talent, ECS said.

ECS President John Heneghan expressed excitement about Demaitre’s appointment, highlighting her leadership and expertise in human capital management. Heneghan, a 4×24 member and a 2024 Wash100 awardee, said Demaitre will support ECS’ growth strategy and enhance its operations and services.

Before joining ECS, Demaitre served as chief human resources officer at Dovel Technologies and held senior roles at CACI International. At Karsun, she improved recruitment times, employee satisfaction and retention, according to ECS.

Demaitre said she looks forward to contributing to ECS’ growth, emphasizing the talent within the company and its human capital efforts. She aims to enhance the company’s initiatives to support employee growth and the company’s scalability in providing solutions.
