LMI Creates Advisory Council to Support Business Growth

LMI CEO Doug Wagoner said the organization’s newly created five-member advisory council consists of military and industry professionals who have agreed to work with LMI leadership to continue delivering “Innovation at the Pace of Need.”

Advisory council members are responsible for providing the company with guidance to support its strategic vision and market expansion initiatives. “The insight and guidance from this group of individuals will help LMI better anticipate our customers’ future needs and goals,” said Wagoner, a 4×24 member and a 2023 Wash100 awardee.

The council will meet quarterly and discuss ways to continuously evolve the business and provide next-generation technology to government customers, LMI said.

The group consists of Mark Esper, former secretary of the Department of Defense; Mike Hayes, chief operating officer at VMware; Michael Morell, former deputy director of the CIA; retired Gen. John Raymond, former chief of space operations at the U.S. Space Force; and Jennifer Snow, venture partner at Allied Ventures.
