LMI Acquires JJR Solutions to Boost Human-Centered Technology Offerings

LMI has acquired JJR Solutions, a technology company focused on health, well-being and security. Doug Wagoner, LMI CEO, a 4×24 member and a Wash100 awardee, pointed out that LMI’s acquisition of the Dayton, Ohio-based company reinforces “our commitment to provide rapid, innovative, human-centered design solutions for our customers.”

Established in 2009, JJR Solutions has built partnerships with government customers through its low-code, cloud-based applications and a people-centered transformation approach, as well as innovative, cost and time-efficient contracting, LMI said Wednesday

Tysons, Virginia-based LMI noted the complementary match of its technology innovation studio, the Forge, with JJR Solutions’ human-centered design and transformation tool, Magnify. LMI added that the two companies’ shared customer base, which includes the U.S. Air Force and the Department of Veteran Affairs, will strengthen LMI in critical government tasks, such as accelerating technology services and enhancing federal customer experience.

Carly Cox, JJR Solutions president and chief operating officer, said joining LMI will drive JJR Solutions’ customer service deliveries “faster than ever before,” with LMI’s focus on “innovation at the pace of need.”

In December 2022, LMI acquired Colorado Springs-based Synaptech, the developer of the Rapid Analysis and Prototyping Toolkit for Resiliency that LMI is providing to the USAF under a $98 million contract awarded in October 2023.
