Luke McFadden Joins Gunnison as Senior Vice President for Homeland, Justice Division

Luke McFadden, former senior vice president of Avantus Federal’s civilian division, has taken on the role of SVP at Gunnison Consulting Group’s homeland and justice division.

Gil Dussek, Gunnison’s CEO and a 4×24 member, said McFadden brings to the company over two decades of experience delivering tangible outcomes and results, driving a diverse and growing business and creating value for shareholders.

In his new role, McFadden will oversee a go-to-market strategy for existing and future customers from the Departments of Homeland Security and Justice, the FBI and select federal civilian agencies, Gunnison Consulting Group said. In support of the strategy, he will diversify the company’s customer base and identify new capabilities Gunnison can offer to the markets it currently serves.

Dussek describes McFadden as a transformational executive leader, who possess a proven track record of delivering results for federal agencies within business operations, shared services and IT environments. 

McFadden was previously a director at E3 Federal Solutions. He also served Excella Consulting as federal practice lead and managing consultant.
