ManTech Acquiring Digital Transformation Solutions Provider Definitive Logic

ManTech International is acquiring Definitive Logic, a digital transformation consultation and technology solutions provider to defense, homeland security and federal civilian agencies.

ManTech CEO Matt Tait, a 4×24 member and a 2023 Wash100 winner, said Definitive Logic’s offerings will further advance ManTech’s strategy called Bringing Digital to the Mission. The strategy aims to develop, harness and adapt technologies to deliver advanced engineering, cyber and data solutions that address customers’ security challenges.

The acquisition is expected to be finalized by early fall, subject to customary closing conditions, ManTech said.

Paul Burke, Definitive Logic’s co-founder and CEO, views the deal as an opportunity for his company to increase its innovative efforts, expand its capabilities and provide employees with better resources and career opportunities.

Once the acquisition is completed, over 330 Definitive Logic employees will move to ManTech, expanding the company’s capability offerings in cloud, cyber, DevSecOps, data engineering, and artificial intelligence and machine learning.
