ManTech Completes Definitive Logic Acquisition

ManTech International has acquired Definitive Logic, a digital transformation consultation and technology solutions company that serves defense, homeland security and federal civilian customers.

The deal was first announced in a press release in August, with ManTech CEO and President Matt Tait, a 4×24 member and a 2023 Wash100 awardee, saying that Definitive Logic’s acquisition would further advance ManTech’s strategy called Bringing Digital to the Mission, which aims to develop, harness and adapt technologies to deliver advanced engineering, cyber and data solutions that increase warfighter capabilities.

Definitive Logic is among the prominent players in government contracting. It is respected for its expertise in advising government customers on business system transformation, ManTech said. Tait noted in the latest press release that ManTech and Definitive Logic share a passion for people and innovation that helps customers transform and advance missions.

More than 330 Definitive Logic employees are expected to be absorbed by ManTech, expanding the company’s offerings in cloud, cyber, DevSecOps, data engineering, and artificial intelligence and machine learning.
