ManTech Appoints Barbara Haines-Parmele as EVP, General Manager of Intelligence Sector

ManTech International recently announced the promotion of Barbara Haines-Parmele to executive vice president and general manager of its intelligence unit.

Reporting to CEO and President Matt Tait, Haines-Parmele will oversee strategic and operational initiatives to meet the vital missions of the Intelligence community, ManTech said.

Haines-Parmele, who also serves on the board of directors for the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, has over 25 years of experience in management consulting and bringing technology services to the federal and financial sectors.

Tait, a 4×24 member, said Haines-Parmele is known for her commitment to IC mission needs through innovative solutions and working with talented professionals. He highlighted her ability to consistently surpass client expectations, her focus on cutting-edge solutions and her client-first approach that leads to company growth.

Prior to her promotion, Haines-Parmele joined ManTech as a program manager in 2006 before becoming vice president of the company’s national intelligence solutions division.
