Air Force Awards ManTech Software Development, Modeling, Simulation Support Contract

ManTech International has announced that it has won a five-year, $44 million recompete contract from the Secretary of the Air Force for software development solutions and services.

ManTech will provide software modification and maintenance, configuration management and analytical support for modeling and simulation tools. David Hathaway, executive vice president and general manager of ManTech’s defense sector and a 4×24 member, said modeling and simulation are necessary to ensure that the U.S. military’s systems can fend off conflicts in above-ground warfighting domains.

The contract will support SecAF’s Office of Studies and Analysis, ManTech said Monday.

The company continues to secure business opportunities from the U.S. military for various mission requirements.

In November 2023, the U.S. Air Force awarded ManTech a five-year, $261 million contract to supply various advanced technology solutions to different service components. Deliverables include weapon systems engineering and integration, mission support center services and electronic warfare programming.

In August 2023, ManTech won a five-year, $622 million task order to provide systems integration and sustainment support to the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command‘s C5ISR Center.
