Martin Klein Takes on New Role as ECS Vice President of Analytics and AI

Martin Klein, a 4×24 member, has returned to ECS as vice president of analytics and artificial intelligence. His responsibilities include overseeing strategic digital transformation initiatives in the defense and intelligence markets.

According to his LinkedIn profile, he first joined the company in August 2017 as a program manager then worked his way up to become a director and a vice president. He would leave ECS in October 2021 to join the Department of Defense’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center, where he would serve as chief operating officer.

Klein brings to his new role two decades of experience in data science, advanced analytics, AI, machine learning delivery and profit and loss management, Homeland Security Today reported.

As the ECS vice president for analytics and AI, Klein sees the opportunity to support the U.S. defense and intelligence communities as they adopt AI technologies as part of their integrated-deterrence strategy. Klein said he is looking forward to building on the work of ECS professionals on data integration and AI delivery to the federal government.
