Michael Falotico is the vice president of strategic capture at consulting and technology services provider ICF, working out of Arlington, Virginia.  Falotico earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Delaware. He later earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
