NetImpact Appoints Victor Wither as Proposals VP
Technology developer NetImpact Strategies has appointed corporate veteran Victor Wither as vice president of proposals. He brings into his position over two decades of experience in proposal management, business development and corporate communications.
In his new role, Wither will be in charge of creating a proposal team and provide his capture and proposal expertise to all of the company's business lines, NetImpact announced Tuesday.
Wither most recently served as the vice president of proposal operations at Cognosante, serving federal customers in the health care space.
His other prior roles include senior manager of proposal operations at Telos Identity Management solutions, director of proposal operations at Acentia and senior manager of proposal coordination and production services at QinetiQ.
