Gyst Technologies Expands Presence by Joining AWS Partner Network, Public Sector Program

Gyst Technologies, a provider of advanced personalization software for voice-based self-service systems, is expanding its public sector presence.

On Tuesday, Gyst announced that it joined the AWS Partner Network, a global community that helps partners build, market and sell their products and services, and the AWS Public Sector Partner Program, an initiative that helps partner companies grow their public sector presence by aligning with AWS public sector sales, marketing and funding.

AWS plays a vital role in delivering Gyst CX and Gyst Analytics products as a software-as-a-service subscription to contact centers catering to government and commercial customers, Gyst Technologies said.

CEO and founder Daniel O’Sullivan said being part of the program will help Gyst support government agencies in need of a solution to scale cost-optimizing technologies used in their contact centers.

AWS plays a vital role in helping government customers meet their technology service needs. In December 2023, it partnered with BigBear .ai to help organizations take advantage of artificial intelligence to improve their processes.

It also entered into a multi-year strategic collaboration with CACI International to help U.S. government clients improve their cloud capabilities.
