Amentum, Four Others Secure $500M ARPA-H Support Services Contract
The National Institutes of Health’s Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health has awarded Amentum Services, Booz Allen Hamilton, ECS Federal, Noblis and Strategic Analysis spots on an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle valued at $500 million.
Under the Strategic Technical ARPA-H Talent Support deal, each vendor will provide professional support services, according to the notice posted on SAM .gov.
The companies are expected to perform the work in Arlington, Virginia.
ARPA-H posted the solicitation for the contract on May 27.
A presolicitation notice published in May lists acquisition, administrative, business process, financial and technical services as potential support areas. ARPA-H originally planned to select vendors for STATS as early as the spring of 2023.
In October, ARPA-H chose Arizona State University, Karambit .AI, Narf Industries, SRI International, Systems & Technology Research and the University of California San Diego to research technologies to strengthen the U.S. health care system’s cybersecurity. Each organization received $50 million under the Digital Health Security program.
