Army Futures Command Awards IPTA $404M IT Support Contract

IPT Associates, a service-disabled, veteran-owned provider of technology and data solutions, has secured a $404 million contract from the U.S. Army Futures Command for IT support services.

IPTA will provide network support, information management services, cybersecurity management, portfolio management, IT asset management, application management, IT governance and tiered service response for the Aviation and Missile Center, which is part of AFC’s Combat Capability Development Command. The contractor will also provide the personnel, services and materials needed to meet contract requirements.

Work will support AvMC’s IT support lifecycle.

The contract was awarded under the Veterans Technology Services 2 governmentwide acquisition contract vehicle, IPTA said.

Bill Williams, CEO and owner of IPTA, said the company’s team has been supporting AFC’s mission, and the latest award would allow personnel to continue supporting the command. He added that IPTA will work with its partners to deliver requirements.

DEVCOM AvMC delivers aviation and missile capabilities that support research, development and lifecycle engineering solutions. It recently worked on live fire testing, energetics and additive manufacturing.

IPTA, headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, offers various technology and data services to the departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs, the Federal Aviation Administration and other federal and commercial clients. Some of its offerings are cloud architecture and engineering, DevSecOps and Agile Software delivery, program management, cybersecurity, data solutions and systems engineering.
