BlueVoyant, Carahsoft Partner to Strengthen Public Sector Cybersecurity

BlueVoyant Government Solutions and Carahsoft Technology have formed a partnership to enhance public sector cybersecurity. Through the agreement, Carahsoft will distribute BlueVoyant’s cybersecurity technology and services to government agencies via reseller partners and various contracts, Carahsoft said.

Lonny Anderson, BlueVoyant’s president, highlighted the significance of consolidating cybersecurity solutions for government agencies and stressed the partnership’s ability to provide holistic cyberdefense strategies.

BlueVoyant, established in 2017, merges internal and external cyber defense capabilities into a unified platform. Its Cyber Defense Platform, which uses machine learning and human expertise in its operations, offers continuous monitoring of networks, endpoints and supply chains, along with managed services for threat validation and mitigation.

BlueVoyant also offers a range of solutions including Managed Extended Detection and Response, Supply Chain Defense, Digital Risk Protection and Professional Services, tailored to address the growing complexity of cyberthreats faced by the public sector.

Alex Whitworth, Carahsoft’s cybersecurity vertical executive, also underscored the urgent need for scalable and adaptable cybersecurity solutions in the public sector and expressed commitment to provide government agencies with a fully managed solution that will protect its supply chains with the BlueVoyant partnership.
