Booz Allen to Deliver Military Tech Support Solutions Under $919M EDITS Contract

Booz Allen Hamilton has secured a $919 million task order to support the U.S. military using technology-based solutions.

Under the Engineering, Development, Integration, and Technology-based Solutions task order, Booz Allen will offer technologies that would allow Army program executive offices, U.S. Special Operations Command, the Army Development Command Soldier Center and the Department of Defense Joint Personnel Recovery Agency to address challenges in a versatile, expeditionary, agile, sustainable and interoperable manner. Specifically, the contract will allow mission partners to identify new solutions, build prototypes and have them tested rapidly.

Work under the task order will also enhance warfighters’ survivability and ability to operate in all weather conditions. The task order also covers, among other things, foreign military sales support, global operations and logistics, Booz Allen said Tuesday.

Judi Dotson, president of Booz Allen’s Global Defense sector and a 2023 Wash100 awardee, said the EDITS task order will kickstart a shift across the military towards technology adoption and development and would facilitate cross-domain communications.
