Bryq, Carahsoft Partner to Deliver AI-Powered Talent Management Platform to Agencies

Talent intelligence platform developer Bryq has entered into a partnership with Carahsoft to offer agencies an artificial intelligence-powered human resources management and training solution.

The Bryq Master Government Aggregator AI talent platform provides federal agencies with an assessment solution that discerns and evaluates applicants’ character traits and unique attributes. The solution also offers comprehensive insights into employee capabilities based on uploaded employee performance data.

The AI-backed solution will be available from Carahsoft resellers and through several contracting vehicles, including NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V, the National Association of State Procurement Officials’s ValuePoint and the E&I Cooperative Services Contract, Carahsoft said.

Hope O. Baker, global head of partnerships at Bryq, said that by partnering with Carahsoft, the company’s offering gains a greater presence in the public sector, allowing agencies to take advantage of the company’s AI-powered platform to achieve a more data-driven decisions related to talent acquisition and development.

Carahsoft and its resellers have been helping other contractors expand their presence in the public sector. In early January, it partnered with SandboxAQ to make the Security Suite crytography management platform available across the U.S. federal government.
