CACI to Modernize Army PEO-C3T-Managed Networks Under $526M Task Order
CACI International has secured a potential five-year, $526 million task order to support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Command Control Communications-Tactical’s network modernization efforts.
Under the Global Network Enterprise Network Modernization task order, the contractor will provide services and technologies to create a robust, reliable and high-speed network that would help modernize the Army’s enterprise IT infrastructure and facilities in the Asia-Pacific and Southwest Asian regions. CACI will also integrate new technologies to improve classified and unclassified networks, audio and voice data, remote access, command center capabilities and virtual desktop infrastructure, among others.
GENMOD was awarded under the Alliant 2 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, CACI said Tuesday.
The company has received various contracts to support the military over recent months, some of which are for network and ISR support.
Earlier in January, CACI secured an eight-year task order from the Defense Intelligence Agency to modernize the Office of the Chief Information Officer’s networks. The company was tasked with providing system design, engineering, implementation and operation and maintenance support services to the CIO office.
In October, the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory awarded CACI a potential five-year, $917 million contract for C5ISR lifecycle support and systems engineering.
