Carahsoft Brings Salesforce CRM Solutions to AWS Marketplace

Salesforce’s customer relationship management solutions are now available for purchase through the AWS Marketplace, made possible through a partnership with Carahsoft, a member of the Amazon Web Services Public Sector Partner program. 

The CRM solutions include hyperautomation platform MuleSoft, analytics and business intelligence platform Tableau and Salesforce Customer 360, a suite of business solutions running on the AWS FedRAMP High GovCloud (US), designed specifically to improve public sector services, support the government’s digital transformation efforts and meet compliance requirements, Carahsoft said.

As a Salesforce reseller and aggregator in the United States and Canada, Carahsoft works with its reseller partners to increase the public sector’s access to Salesforce offerings.

Bethany Blackwell, vice president of the Salesforce team at Carahsoft, said listing the software products on AWS Marketplace will streamline how government agencies procure and deploy the solutions for agile and secure customer relationship management. 

According to Carahsoft, product availability in AWS Marketplace will also provide customers with simplified software licensing.
