Carahsoft to Distribute Cyara’s Customer Experience Solutions for Government

Cyara, a developer of customer experience solutions, has entered into a distribution partnership with Carahsoft Technology.

Cyara offers an automated platform that, according to the company’s website, is designed to support a broad range of customer experience needs, including regression testing, performance testing and production monitoring.

The company also offers services in customer experience training, professional consultancy, in-house test automation and others, its website says.

Under the new collaboration, Carahsoft will make the offerings available through its NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contract, National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance contract and reseller partners, Cyara said Thursday.

Cyara announced the partnership two months after President Joe Biden issued an executive order on modernizing the federal customer experience and service delivery.

Biden said that the amount of paperwork burden imposed by the federal government on the public exceeded 9 billion hours in recent years.

The president directed agencies to work with the private sector in adopting technologies that can reduce the “time tax” associated with interacting with the government.

Jeff Flores, global vice president of channels and alliances at Cyara, said that the company’s customer experience assurance technology can help agencies improve their response times, issue resolutions faster and deliver positive experiences.

Cyara added that more than 250 global brands have already adopted its customer experience solutions. The company’s technology is currently in the process of attaining authorization under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.

FedRAMP is a government-wide program that provides a standardized approach to evaluating the cybersecurity of cloud-based products and services.
