Walacor Partners With Carahsoft to Offer Data Security Solutions to Government

Walacor has entered into a distribution partnership with Carahsoft to bring data security solutions to the public sector.

Carahsoft will introduce the Walacor data security platform to government agencies through its reseller partners and National Association of State Procurement Officials and OMNIA Partners contracts.

The platform supports S3 integrations, provides data governance and visibility and serves as a secure data layer infrastructure to any zero trust platform, Carahsoft said.

According to Walacor’s website, the software secures data elements in quantum-safe sealed envelopes and provides users with an overview of the data changes to detect errors, prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The immutable platform comes with a data-sharing feature that only allows authorized parties to access data.

“This technology represents a significant step forward in enhancing data security, trust and maximizing the utility of data for government agencies,” said Troy Meraw, program executive for quantum solutions at Carahsoft.
