Carahsoft to Resell SuccessKPI’s Contact Center Analytics Platform
Carahsoft Technology has inked an agreement to distribute contact center analytics provider SuccessKPI‘s Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program-compliant offerings to the public sector through reseller partners and contract vehicles such as NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V and National Association of State Procurement Officials ValuePoint.
SuccessKPI provides a cloud-based analytics platform intended to support government agencies’ efforts to modernize their contact centers. Dave Rennyson, CEO and co-founder of SuccessKPI, explained that the platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to facilitate a secure customer experience for citizens in such centers, Carahsoft said Wednesday.
Zak Kennedy, Carahsoft’s contact center solutions leader, said his organization and its reseller partners will work to expand public-sector access to AI/ML solutions that have been useful to the private sector.
SuccessKPI’s platform obtained moderate-level FedRAMP authorization in late 2022. The company said its platform has seen use at Maximus to provide advanced reporting capabilities to customers.
