Mentor-protege agreement
CGI Federal Forms Joint Venture With Small Business to Deliver IT Support
CGI’s U.S. federal subsidiary has announced the formation of Adcredo IT Solutions, a joint venture with service-disabled, veteran and woman-owned small business All In Solutions.
Adcredo aims to deliver information technology solutions on application and business consulting services for federal and defense missions, CGI said.
The company added that the joint venture will support agencies in fulfilling such missions at scale. CGI Federal described its partnership with All In Solutions as a mentor-protege agreement.
According to Allison Hickey, Adcredo’s managing member and All In Solutions’ CEO, the joint venture will advance innovation and business objectives at the Department of Veterans Affairs and other agencies modernizing their systems.
Adcredo is expected to deliver artificial intelligence, data analytics and managed services combined with complex system integration and organizational change management experience such as CGI’s financial management process transformation efforts at the VA.
In 2022, CGI deployed its Momentum Acquisitions system to modernize the VA’s contract writing capabilities.
