CGI Federal Secures Potential $523M Contract for EPA Systems, Technology Modernization Support
The General Services Administration Federal Systems Integration and Management Center has awarded CGI Federal a potential seven-year, $522.6 million contract to provide systems and technology modernization support services to the Environmental Protection Agency.
Under the Information Technology Enterprise Development contract, CGI will work with the EPA in developing and implementing technologies supporting various missions, including climate change, sustainability, human health protection and environmental security. The technologies to be delivered must meet the agency’s vision for secure, agile and efficient enterprise development, CGI said.
The EPA contract is one of several awards the company secured from different government agencies.
In late September, the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts awarded CGI Federal a 10-year, $143 million contract for financial management solutions and consulting services. The company was tasked with providing advisory services, applications operations and management and hosting and support services, and it was required to provide its Momentum resource planning platform.
In August, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services awarded CGI Federal a potential five-year, $159 million contract to continue developing the agency’s digital immigration records system.
