CGI Wins Spot on DIA’s $12.6B SITE III Contract Vehicle
CGI has landed a spot on the Defense Intelligence Agency’s $12.6 billion Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise III contract vehicle.
Contractors selected for the 10-year contract will compete for task orders to support the IT requirements of the DIA and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
SITE III covers IT services for improving integration, information sharing and information safeguarding. These services include technology management, application management, system integration and development, CGI said Tuesday.
In a statement, CGI Federal President Stephanie Mango welcomed the opportunity to offer IT services vital to national security.
CGI is one of 144 companies that secured a spot on the multi-billion dollar contract. Out of the awardees, 107 are small businesses.
Other SITE III contractors are Advanced Systems Development, Agile Defense, Buchanan & Edwards, Booz Allen Hamilton, Braxton-Grant Technologies, CyberPeak Innovations, CACI, Deloitte, Dynanet, Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Federated IT, General Dynamics Information Technology, iNovex Information Systems, Jacobs Technology, Leidos, ManTech, Parsons Government Services and Perspecta Enterprise Solutions.
SITE III is a follow-on to the Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise contract.
The preceding E-SITE contract was valued at $6 billion and had a five-year period of performance. It was awarded in 2015 to 50 contractors.
CGI has been winning federal contract awards as of late.
In January, the company was selected as a prime contractor for the Department of State’s $3.3 billion Global Support Strategy for Overseas Consular Support Services 2.0 contract.
The Department of Justice also awarded CGI a $400 million contract in October to deliver mail and general support services.
